Tour fees:
Tour fees include guide compensation, but do not include the guest’s expenses such as travel expenses, facility fees and cost of food incurred during the tour.
The guide’s expenses such as travel expenses, facility fees and cost of food incurred during the tour will be paid by the guest.
Cancellation Policy:
On the tour day: 100% of tour price
1-2 days before the tour day: 80% of tour price
3-7 days before the tour day: 30% of tour price
Cancellation and Suspension of Tour:
The guide may request the guest to cancel or suspend the tour if any of the following reasons apply, and the guest shall comply with the request.
(1) If natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons or other emergency occur, or there is a possibility of such an emergency.
(2) If the guide determines that the tour cannot be conducted safely.
If the tour is canceled before the tour is conducted, the guest will receive a full refund.
In the case of the tour is suspended midway, the guide is not held responsible to respond to any requests regarding the refund or transfer of the tour fee.
Insurance:
Insurance service is NOT provided by the guide. Please make sure that you are fully insured for your trip to Japan. While the guide will take the most care and attention to conduct the tour safely, the guide is not responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury occurred during the tour.
